If you have already paid the reservation on Roomlala and the time limit of 48 hours to declare a dispute has exceeded
Normally, the amount of the rent would have already been transferred to the landlord. In any case, do not hesitate to write us giving us the maximum possible details about what happened and adding any evidence to confirm your comments (photos, copies of messages...). If it is still possible for Roomlala to intervene, we will do our best to help you.
If you paid the ladlord outside the Roomlala platform
Unfortunately, we don't have any control over payments made outside Roomlala. We will therefore not be able to intervene for a refund.
Although there is very little chance of recovering the amount lost, this type of fraud must be reported so you must file a complaint with the nearest police station. Do not hesitate to give our contact information to the authorities so we can provide them with the necessary information for their investigation.
