When is my Connect Pass renewed?
As of April 15, 2021, the connect pass is no longer automatically renewed. We have removed the automatic renewal of the connect pass by default.
Before this date, the Connect Pass was renewed only for owners, not for tenants.
Previously, the Connect Pass was automatically renewed, which was explicitly stated in the payment confirmation email immediately after joining and throughout the subscription period in the Connect Pass tab in your personal area.
You can deactivate automatic renewal at any time from the 'Connect Membership' page.
How can I cancel the automatic renewal of my Connect Pass?
The email 'Renewal of your Connect Pass' does not state that you have been debited, but you can deactivate the automatic renewal of your Connect Pass at any time between receiving this email and the expiration date.
To deactivate the renewal, simply click on the corresponding link in the email you have received.
You can deactivate your renewal at any time by going to the page 'Connect Membership' of your account, then clicking on the link 'cancel' at the bottom left-hand side of the page.
