If there is no nightly rate on an advert because the owner has not specified one, we calculate a price according to the price for a week or month of the advertisement in question.
For example, for a rental of 1 month and 5 nights that has no specified nightly price, Roomlala will work out a price per night by default in correspondence with the weekly or monthly rate set by the landlord.
Also please note that on Roomlala, if the duration of the rental is less than 2 months, you have to pay it all upfront therefore the amount to pay is for the entire stay.
For rentals of more than 2 months, the first month is paid on the site and the tenant can then arrange with the owner to either continue paying for the accommodation via the site for the remaining months, or to sort the rent payment separately, once they have already stayed in the rental.
The landlord can however, always modify the amount requested by using the "Special Offer" button, which allows you to manually enter the amount to pay for the rental, regardless of the duration.
Please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service if you have any questions regarding the price of your reservation.
