48 hours after the tenant’s arrival in your accommodation, Roomlala proceeds to transfer you the total amount of the reservation.
When a tenant makes a reservation for a rental of 2 months or longer, the rent of the following months have to be paid online through Roomlala as well each month and we will transfer you the payment 48 hours after the payment's due date.
Tip: Make sure that you entered your correct bank account details in the "Bank information" section in your profile in order to receive your payment.
An email is sent to you as soon as Roomlala makes your transfer.
To check the status of your transfer, navigate to the “My Reservation” section, and click “Transactions” (at the top of the page).
If you have multiple accommodations with arrivals scheduled for the same date, you will receive the same number of transfers as the number of accommodations you have.
Transfer processing time
As soon as the transfer is made by Roomlala, it will take 3-7 days before the amount appears in your bank account (processing time varies depending on your bank).
Many banks are closed on weekends and public holidays. Generally, if a transfer is made between Friday and Sunday, it may not be processed by the bank until the following week.
