48 hours after the tenant’s arrival in your accommodation, Roomlala proceeds to transfer the total amount of the booking.
An email is sent to you as soon as Roomlala makes your transfer.
To check the status of your transfer, navigate to the “My Reservation” section, and click “Transactions” (at the top of the page).
If you have multiple accommodations with arrivals scheduled for the same date, you will receive the same number of transfers as the number of accommodations you have.
Transfer processing time
As soon as the transfer is made by Roomlala, it will take 3-7 days before the amount appears in your bank account (processing time varies depending on your bank).
Many banks are closed on weekends and public holidays. Generally, if an unblocked transfer is made between Friday and Sunday, it may not be processed by the bank until the following week.
