48 hours after the tenant’s arrival at your property, Roomlala transfers the money for your reservation to your bank account (don’t forget to fill in your bank details in the Profile section of your account page). The time it takes to receive the payment depends on your bank and your location (France or abroad).
Status of the transfer
When Roomlala makes your transfer, it is marked as “Processing” under the “Transactions” tab in the “My Reservations” section of your account page.
If you are the landlord of multiple accommodations, and have more than one reservation for the same date (tenants arriving on the same date), you will receive individual transfers for each booking.
Transfer processing time
The transfer is sent by Roomlala 48 hours after the tenant’s arrival in your accommodation. Please note that the average processing time for an international transaction is 3-7 business days.
Transfer management time
Please note that banks only make transfers on working days (not on weekends or public holidays). Transfers made by Roomlala on a Friday or the weekend will not be processed by your bank until the following week.
