To add or change your bank details (landlords only):
- Navigate to your account page on roomlala.com and go to "Profile"
- Go to the "My Profile" section
- Click on "Bank information"
- Enter your bank details so that Roomlala can process the payment of your reservations. This information is confidential and secure.
Attention: Your IBAN and BIC must be written in capital letters, without hyphens and without spaces.
- To finalise this step, you must input your password (the password asked for here is the same password that you use to login to your Roomlala account).
Finally, click the "Save" button.
You will receive an email informing you that the transfer was made, usually 48 hours after the arrival of the tenant.
You should receive the payment 2 to 6 days after receiving this email.
Roomlala requires the account number or the IBAN (available from your bank). Please note that for international transfers (outside of France), charges may apply.
Note that all your banking information is secure in your Roomlala profile.
