In order to offer a high quality service, your ad may be deactivated by Roomlala if you have not responded to 4 consecutive rental requests.
To reactivate your rental ad, you can either:
- Click on the button “Activate my ad” in the email that has been sent to you
- Navigate to the “My Ads” tab on your Dashboard and click on the button “Reactivate” under the ad in question
Please note that your ad will be resubmitted for moderation before being uploaded to the Roomlala site, thank you for your patience.
