Verifying your phone number increases trust on your Roomlala account, but it does not always work for everyone.
If you are still encountering issues with verifying your phone number, such as not receiving the verification code from us, please make sure the following things are correct:
Check when choosing your country for the phone number if the country code is correct. For example: France uses country code +33 in front of the phone numbers. If the country code for your country is not correct, please contact us. Make sure you put in the right amount of digits in the phone number field. Contact your provider to see if they block (automatic) messages from foreign phone numbers. Sometimes providers do this to protect you from making high costs, even though our automatic message is completely free. If they do, ask them if it is possible to de-block this so you can receive our verification message.
