You are able to see the status of your reservation in your Roomlala inbox, next to the conversation with your tenant.
You can find the meaning of each reservation status below.
To confirm: you have accepted an information request, but the tenant has not paid or confirmed the reservation yet.
Pending: The tenant has sent you an information request without confirming the reservation. You can pre-approve their request, continue the conversation or refuse their rental request.
Confirmed: the payment has been made by the tenant and you have accepted the reservation request . The rental has not started yet.
Refused: you have refused the the tenant's information/rental request. The tenant was not debited.
Expired: you have exceeded the time limit of 48 hours to respond to an information request.
Dispute: either you or the tenant has declared a dispute.
Cancelled: the tenant has cancelled their rental request.
Cancelled by landlord: you have cancelled the reservation. To learn more about cancellations made by the landlord, click here.
Cancelled by tenant: the tenant has cancelled the reservation. To learn more about cancellations made by the tenant, click here.
Completed: the rental has already started or even finished and the payment has been transferred to you.
Already rented: you have already found another rental for the dates chosen.
