When you receive an information request, you have several options, none of which blocks the dates in your calendar (they are only blocked once the tenant has made payment).
Please note that not answering a request strongly contributes to lowering the position of your ad in the search results.
1-Pre-approve the request :
This means that you agree to welcome this tenant if he chooses to reserve your ad by making the payment on Roomlala. As soon as the payment has been made, you will receive a booking confirmation email.
We recommend that you pre-approve all requests that interest you in order to invite several tenants to pay. Once the payment has been made by one of the tenants, you will have to cancel the pre-approvals made for concurrent dates. This is the best way to maximize your chances of booking.
2-Discuss with the tenant without giving an answer:
You can also ask the tenant for more information before making your decision by discussing via Roomlala with the tenant.
As soon as you have the necessary information to give your answer, you can then give an official answer to the tenant by clicking on the corresponding button.
3- Special Offer (change dates or rates) :
You can also at any time propose a special offer to the tenant if the amount calculated by Roomlala does not seem correct to you or to modify the dates of the rental.
By doing this, you will invite the tenant to make the payment.
4-Refuse the request :
You finally have the possibility to refuse the request if it does not suit you.
