If it is indicated in your Inbox that you are unable to send your contact details to your tenant, it is because neither of you are a Connect member.
How can I get the landlord's contact details or phone number?
2 possibilities :
- Proceed with the online reservation : their contact details (first name, surname, email address, telephone number, property address) will be sent to you following the payment for your reservation. They will be sent to you in the email confirmation for the payment of the reservation and will also be shown automatically in your inbox.
- Become a Connect member: if you feel that it is necessary to be able to exchange you contact details before proceeding with the reservation, particulary to schedule a meeting or a viewing, you can subscribe to the Connect Pass in the "Connect Pass" section of your Roomlala account. When you send your contact details through Roomlala's messenger they will not be blocked - they will be sent to the landlord so that they can contact you.
(Note : as a tenant, you will benefit from a reduced service fee when you become a Connect member)
Attention : your contact details are not automatically shown after you subscribe to the Connect Pass. You should send your contact details via Roomlala's messenger or ask the landlord for theirs.
