The Roomlala commission is a percentage applied to the subtotal amount of a reservation (the calculation is not based on the deposit amount, which is not taken into account). When a reservation is updated, the Roomlala commission is also updated.
For rentals lasting less than 2 months, the service fees vary from 4% to 20%.
For monthly rent payments, after the first month, service fees are 4% and are added to the rent payment.

This means that for longer reservations, you'll pay less commission, and save money. The exact amount of the commission fee is displayed on the page that appears before paying for the reservation. The exact amount also appears in the confirmation of reservation email that you will receive.
For tenants: Please note that the commission is not refunded to you if you cancel your reservation. However, if the reservation is cancelled by the landlord, 100% of the amount paid is reimbursed to you, including the commission.
Roomlala's commission includes a 20% VAT. A detailed invoice of fees can be sent to you.
Roomlala charges a conversion fee depending on the country, and an exchange rate applies for reservations made in a currency other than the currency of the ad.
