When a tenant makes a reservation for a rental of 2 months or longer, they only pay the first month's rent online through Roomlala. The payment will be then transferred to you 48 hours after their arrival.
The rents of the following months have to be paid online through Roomlala as well each month:
- The tenant receives their rent calls indicating the payment due date as well as the amount to pay
- The tenant has until the payment due date to pay their rent online through Roomlala
- Once the payment is made, we will inform you by email
- We will transfer you the payment 48 hours after the payment due date.
An email will be sent to you as soon as Roomlala has transfer has been completed.
To verify the status of the transfer, you can go to the 'Reservations' tab of your Roomlala account, in the 'Transactions' section.
If you have multiple accommodation with payment due dates on the same day, you will receive as many transfers as the number of accommodations.
Important: to receive your payment, please make sure that your bank information are correctly filled out in your Roomlala profile, in the section “Bank information”.
Processing time of the transfer
Once Roomlala has completed the transfer, it will take 3 to 7 days before seeing it appear on your bank account (exact processing times will depend on your bank).
Why don't I see my payment yet?
Many banks are closed on weekends and holidays. A transfer made from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following week by the bank.
